Avinor and Bergen Airport were hosts for Routes Europe, the world's largest aviation route development conference, convening representatives from 100 airlines and 150 airports. Avinor's strategic objective was to encourage the 1500 international delegates to explore the modest distances within Bergen city center on foot, diverging from the customary bus and car transport typically arranged by similar conferences.
     Avinor engaged FORM, and collaboratively we created an interactive map, readily downloadable by delegates as a 'Walking Map' application. This application was designed to function as a curated guide to the city's landmarks, museums, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues, alongside providing clear directions to the conference's designated meeting points. All routes were meticulously delineated with estimated walking times between destinations, emphasizing the ease of pedestrian navigation.
