JobLoop has developed its own model for matchmaking in working life and vocational training. They adapt "loops" for target groups who, for various reasons, experience barriers to entering the labor market. The initiative also works closely with schools to offer vocational training and development in line with students' individual curricula.
One of the offerings is the Kodehode program. This involves six months of intensive training in programming and UX/UI design, with daily attendance and teaching before the students spend six months on work placements at companies in the IT and creative industries.
Since its inception in 2021, FORM has assisted Kodehode with weekly teaching in programming and UX/UI design. We have also provided project management for external projects that students have carried out for companies – and provided guidance during and after the projects – as well as photography and video.
